Guest satisfaction is good for both of us.
But what happens, if you don't like the reserved room, or a person in the door perhaps?
You can step back. You don't have to take a room you don't feel comfortable with.
You will receive your down payment refunded 100% if you show up on the
first day of your reservation but for whatever reason
won't take the room. No questions asked, no justifications needed.
A simple e-mail will be enough, for example:
I have seen the reserved room on the [date] first day of
my reservation and have not taken it. Please refund me the down payment in the amount
of ... into my bank account (please include IBAN code, or your PayPal e-mail)...
Your money will be refunded in full within 7 days.
