We had our stay at Niorlan in October 2014 and were very pleased. Niorlan speaks very good English, so that we could be quite entertaining. The family is very nice, courteous and open - we felt very safe and well cared for! With Niorlan we had great conversations at breakfast table (Made breakfast delicious and with love!), which sometimes extended until lunch. He gave us good advice for our trips. We were very sad that we only stayed one week in Varadero - but we definitely want to go back there! A great friendship has developed here, we do not want to miss! A great stay. Even though it's been a few months ago, my girlfriend and me are well remembering the days in the Casa Niorlan. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The room is exactly as in the photos. The Breakfast was delicious and the beach is really only three minutes away. A dream vacation at the end of our trip. If we go again to Cuba, we like to come again.

Hola. We have stayed at the end of December with Kenya, Niorlan, Chaveli, Jonathan and their absolutely brilliant dog Nici. Ohhh we had a soooooo good time and our two children have learned from Chaveli Reggaeton and played wonderfully. The house is in a very central location, quiet and right on the white, fine sandy Varadero beach. The food tastes exellent by Kenya and is prepared with much love (no problem for the European stomach). Niorlan spoke English very well but he still tried again and again to teach us the Spanish language. We had great conversations and the hosts made us feel very comfortable. All of us were very sad to depart after four days on our Cuba trip and to have to say goodbye to our new friends. We can recommend this Casa right out of hearts. Everything is absolutely great! We have been here mid of January 2013. Perfect place to be at the beach. You have 30 m from your room to the beach. As there is no hotel around you are almost alone at the beach. Nirolan was very nice and gave useful tipps. The room was clean and you can sit outside and enjoy this place. We would come again.

С 4 по 18 октября 2012г. Снимали комнату у Kenia&Niorlan требования к комнате ыли простые наличие горячей воды, возможность готовить самостоятельно еду, т.к. у нас малыш (1 год) и ему часто приходится готовить отдельно, море в шаговой доступности и наличие кондиционера. В итоге расположение и комната оказались на высоте. Пляж и море очень чистые. Комната и обстановка понравилась с первого взгляда. Отношение Кении и Ниорлана к нам выше всяких похвал. Подсказывали, где можно недорого отведать кубинскую кухню, где можно купить свежих овощей и фруктов для ребенка. Периодически даже угощали нашего малыша то спелыми фруктами, то свежим соком. Всегда помогали если к ним обращались, даже с ними практиковали немного испанский и русский языки. Всегда разрешали пользоваться их кухней для приготовления еды. Такой заботливого отношения давно не встречали. Желаю им всего самого хорошего и лучшего. Буду рекомендовать

From 4 to 18 October 2012 we have rented a room from Kenia & Niorlan, which was equipped with hot water, the ability to prepare our own food, as our baby (1 year) and it is often necessary to prepare separately. The house is located within walking distance to the sea the room has air conditioning. As a result, the location and the room rose to the occasion. The beach and the sea are very clean. We liked the room and the furnishings at the first glance. Kenya and Niorlan attitude to us is beyond praise. Make suggestions where you can enjoy a cheap Cuban cuisine, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables for baby. Periodically even treated our baby with ripe fruits, fresh juice. Always helpful, even with practice a little Spanish, and Russian. Always allowed to use the kitchen to prepare their meals. This caring attitude we have not seen before. I wish them all the best and better. Will recommend this rental to my friends who are going to go to Varadero.
