to guests and travellers

HolaCuba offers three types of vouchers:
Thank you and
Action vouchers
Promotion vouchers
THX: Thank you Vouchers
HolaCuba occasionally sends Thank you Vouchers
for selected guests. Here is some more info and the conditions of use.
- Thank you Vouchers are sent to guests
who have made a reservation with us. They entitle to a cash discount
on a next reservation
- Thank you Vouchers have the format:
THX and 6 digits, for example THX123456
- The vouchers expire after 12 months from the date of issue
- Vouchers can only be used by the guest who has received them.
He/she can make the reservation for himself or for another person though.
- Each voucher is coupled to an email address in the database
which must be entered on the reservation form. Do not send the voucher
code to another person because they will not be able to use it
on their email address.
- Thank you Vouchers are not valid for our
December/January Top-Season. Vouchers can be used for arrivals
(first day of stay in our casa particular) between
February 1st and November 30th.
- Thank you Vouchers entitle our guests to a discount
on a reservation made on-line on this HolaCuba Website.
The vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Action Vouchers
These vouchers, offered only from time to time, can be used by anyone even on the first
reservation. Unlike the Thank you Vouchers there is no
requirement of a previous room reservation with HolaCuba.
The Action vouchers are only available for limited periods
of time and carry further conditions, such as validity in specific cities of Cuba or
good for certain minimal length of stay.
Promotion Vouchers
Such as PRO123456 - these are our Happy Hour vouchers.
