Why to take choose a private homestay in a
Casa Particular on your Cuba trip? Three advantages:
- Direct contact with cuban people and daily life in Cuba.
That's quite different vacation from a hotel stay
where professional staff depends on your tips to make their living and has only a
limited time for each guest.
- Casa Particular is also much cheaper accommodation
than a hotel room. Private rooms or apartments in our homes cost 25-50 CUC
(Cuban Peso Convertible) per night. Breakfast from 4 CUC, dinner 8-12 CUC.
How much is it?
25 CUC on 3.Sep.10 at 5:04pm (approx.)
 21.81 EUR 28.59 CHF 29.24 CAD 18.2 GBP
You will find our room standards comparable to a Three-Star hotel (clean,
air-conditioned rooms but no swimming-pool, no fax, no internet or bellhop).
The service, however, is Five-Star, because the hosts who don't advertise on
TV rely on word-of-mouth recommendations. That's Web 2 turned into reality.
No glossy brochure hype: your evaluation counts.
- The meals
are optional (you decide as you please: today yes, tomorrow no) and
can be compared to the best restaurants in Cuba. Would anyone serve a
cold soup to a guest who lives in the house?
Typical cuban food includes: chicken (pollo), fish (pescado), pork (puerco),
lam (cordero). As side dish: rice, black beans, fried bananas (tostones, platano macho),
sweet potato (boñato), avocado, salad based on tomatos, cabbage and cucumber

Varadero / Matanzas, Santiago de Cuba, Gunatanamo, Baracoa and more...
