Dear Guests, this is our best home stay in the Pinar del Rio province:

• Clean, comfortable and secure homestay. Accommodates two persons
• Central area in Viñales: the excursions start here
• The hosts take care of travellers for 8 years now
• Fluent English spoken.
• Do you travel by bus, Astro oder Viazul? Just ask for Casa Villa Cristal (Francisco) at the information stand of the bus terminal.
• Breakfast 4 CUC per person and dinner from 8 CUC, both optional.
• Your own refrigerator, your own private bath.
• Air conditioned. Telephone use possible. Two beds. Additional bed for for children upon request.
• We are pleased to help our guests to arrange horse riding or hiking trips.

Please note: we offer this casa only to Guests, who also book accommodation in Havana with us.

Die beste Zeit hatten wir bei Francisco und Any in "Villa Cristall" in Vinales. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Verpflegung ausgezeichnet, die menschliche Betreuung und Zuwendungunglaublich nett und das Städtchen Vinales war für uns ein wunderbarer Urlaubsort. Es gab nette Musikkneipen und immer wieder Begegnungen mitEinwohnern.

Wir habendort Silvester und den 1. Januar gefeiert und gehörten richtig zur Familie. Es ist natürlich ein grosser Vorteil, dass sowohl Francisco als auch seine Frau Any im Tourismus arbeiten und man wertvolle Tips von ihnen bekommt.

Meine Freundin und ich waren Mitte Oktober auf unserer Reise nach und durch Kuba überwiegend in Casa particulares untergebracht. Ich kann nur jedem Touristen raten, solche Möglichkeit zu nutzen. Ob das in Vinales (Villa Cristal), Trinidad (Dr. Madelvis Alvarez Leon), Cienfuegos (Angel und Isabel) und Playa Larga (Fidel Fuentes)gewesen ist. Jederzeit wieder. Ganz tolle Menschen, wunderbare Erlebnisse standen im Vordergrund.

Mit den Betonburgen und Hinweisschildern - nur für Touristen - hat die Unterkunft in einer Casa überhaupt nichts zu tun. Man muss wirklich nur Mut haben, eine solche Unterkunft zu wählen.
